Regarding the dissatisfaction of parents from Bulgaria regarding the invitation to them and their children to participate in an international festival in the USA, the management of BOTEV ACADEMY is obliged to clarify:
The “Hristo Botev” School in Washington is not the organizer of the second edition of the festival this year. There is no decision by the Board of Directors, no allocated budget, and no organization created by us. The initiative is personal to Mr. Boyko Antonov.
The school management learned about this festival a month ago. If there are any problems with its organization, we kindly ask the invited guests from Bulgaria to contact Mr. Boyko Antonov, with whom all plans and clarifications have been made up to this point.
We deeply regret the misunderstandings that have arisen, but we cannot take sides in the dispute.
